This safe meeting space aims to explore language exchange through sharing perspectives and sharing language. In our time together, we'll use and explore emerging language tools, practice functions (like welcoming someone, visiting someone, making small talk, and exchanging ideas about a topic), and reflect on our own language experiences and journeys.

Some content and materials will be provided (shaped by the needs and interests of participants), and participants are welcome to share resources as well.

This meeting offers a safe space to practice English conversation. We will focus on tools and strategies for listening and bringing our voices ​to the table. This will include understanding and practicing using 1) foundation skills for listening and speaking and 2) relevant vocabulary and grammatical structures for particular functions and situations. 

​Content and materials will be provided (shaped by the needs and interests of participants), and participants are welcome to share resources as well.
