At The Learning Word, we embrace collaboration through being mindful and respectful in how we treat each other. We embrace all people being treated as equals, regardless of the hierarchical modes and conceptions we bring with us from society and cultures we’ve been immersed in and exposed to. We aim to draw on information that we share with each other, clarifying as necessary using clarifying tools*, and being open to the variety of languages and cultures within the world collectively and the diverse ways of thinking among individuals.
